Arc raiders reddit11/21/2023 The pve is just in the world to make it more alive and provide more content. These Absolute buffoons are giving opinions on something when they dont even understand the most basic integral part this entire genre. Its not fair i went into a raid to do some PvE content and then a player stole all my progress and I have to start again. Almost all of them are players complaining that its not fair that they are dying to players trying to get to an extract. I was reading steam on some people opinions. and to pray the Devs dont listen to the PvE players that go invited to the Playtest. Every single one.Īnyways im here to vent. Every piece of loot needs to actually be you know usefull. I'd love to see a larger mode that uses the entire map instead of small sections of it.įoundation is alright. we'll see how they decide to tune the gameplay. TBH, this seems like it has the potential to be the best extraction shooter imo. The sound is really good and you can hear things from miles off, also a lot like HS. The environmental interactions like spooking birds is a lot like HS and its really good. Picking your battles is more important and intense in this game compared to HS. Using smokes to hide and get away is a fun mechanic. There needs to be a larger variety of robots, especially robots that can enter structures and walk around like t100's. I like the stealth mechanics of hiding from players and robots. The hub needs to be a base you can actually walk around and talk to the traders, party up with other people. But the bones are there for a really solid middle ground between EFT and DMZ/HS. Lot's of placeholders like 2d graphics and voicework, It's very unfinished and unpolished. Most of the complaints I see here are mostly due to the alpha state of the game. As a F2p, it may make it, depending on monetization. I didn't see anything in the alpha that really stood out and made me think "I really want to play this again". Expectations should definitely be dialed way back. Overall, the pvpve is not the biggest issue. 3 or 4 seems like it could make the battles more interesting, given how wide open the spaces are.
